These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kr18 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kr18 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kr18 website at kr18.asia, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features or content made available through the Platform. These Terms apply to all registered users and, where applicable, to visitors who access the Platform without registering.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. kr18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility to Use kr18
To register an account and use the kr18 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and consent to age verification checks being conducted at any time.
- You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of corporations, trusts, partnerships or any form of collective entity are not permitted.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with kr18 or any affiliated platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during their exclusion period.
- You must ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location before using kr18.
kr18 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account on kr18 at any one time. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account credentials and to notify kr18 immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact number.
- Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device. kr18 uses automated and manual detection to identify duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds or winnings within them may be voided.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge. kr18 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- kr18 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at registration or at any subsequent point, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
- Account credentials, including your password, must not be shared with any other person. kr18 staff will never ask for your password by any means of communication. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent kr18 should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on kr18 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and certain bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day may be subject to limits set by kr18 or by the payment provider. kr18 does not charge fees on standard mobile wallet deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Deposits are credited to your kr18 gaming balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which in most cases occurs within 60 seconds. kr18 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. kr18 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or if a bonus is still subject to an active wagering requirement.
- kr18 operates a responsible gaming policy whereby the maximum withdrawal permitted in any single transaction or rolling 24-hour period may be subject to limits. Players with VIP status or enhanced account verification may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. Contact support for further details.
- All funds deposited into your kr18 account must be used for gaming. kr18 does not operate as a financial institution and your account balance does not accrue interest. kr18 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected.
kr18 maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud or financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Your account may be suspended pending an AML review without prior notice.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
kr18 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and IPL. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the combined bonus and deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively credited. kr18 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
- Bonuses may only be used in connection with games or betting markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using a bonus in an excluded game category does not count towards wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
- kr18 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, modify or reclaim any bonus where it suspects the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, as part of an organised scheme, or in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
- Free spins are subject to a maximum winnings cap unless stated otherwise. Any winnings from free spins that exceed the cap will be voided. The specific winnings cap for each free spin promotion is published on the relevant promotion page.
Players are responsible for understanding the wagering requirements attached to each bonus before claiming it. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the associated wagering requirement and all other promotion-specific terms. kr18 recommends that players review all promotion terms in full on the relevant promotion page before opting in.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on kr18 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game's rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters.
- All games on kr18 use certified random number generation (RNG) software supplied by the game provider. kr18 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes. Game results are determined entirely by the RNG of the respective provider.
- Sports betting markets and odds are set at kr18's discretion and may be revised prior to an event commencing. kr18 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error or that contained incorrect odds.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, kr18 will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the point of disconnection, in accordance with the relevant provider's disconnection policy. kr18 cannot guarantee the outcome of a disrupted round and is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues beyond its control.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use artificial intelligence tools, betting bots or any other automated wagering system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kr18. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Registering more than one account, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including chip dumping in poker or deliberate match result manipulation in sports betting.
- Using software, scripts, bots, automated tools or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent kr18's security measures, game logic or bonus terms.
kr18 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, kr18 will act proportionately, up to and including permanent account closure and recovery of any funds obtained through the prohibited conduct.
8. Responsible Gaming
kr18 is committed to responsible gaming and to providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes only and must not be treated as a source of income. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings at all times.
- Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be reduced immediately — reductions take effect after a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions. Increases to deposit limits may be applied immediately at the player's request.
- Self-exclusion options are available directly from your kr18 account settings without the need to contact customer support. Players may choose a temporary exclusion period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any promotional communications from kr18.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the kr18 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software code, page layouts and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of kr18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any kr18 intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, display, perform or otherwise exploit any kr18 intellectual property without prior written consent from kr18. Any unauthorised use of kr18's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kr18 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise. kr18 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted or free from errors or technical faults.
- kr18 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional content, where such inaccuracy is the result of a technical error.
- kr18 is not liable for any losses, service interruptions or data loss caused by third-party payment providers, game software providers, internet service providers or any other third party outside kr18's direct control.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes kr18's liability for death or personal injury caused by kr18's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by kr18. These are non-excludable liabilities under applicable law and are not affected by any other provision of these Terms.
11. Amendments and Governing Law
kr18 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, kr18 will provide reasonable notice to registered players, which may include a notification on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the kr18 Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to kr18's operating entity. kr18 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. It remains your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
